What are Soma functional blends?
Soma blends are everyday ritual drinks made with premium ingredients (teas, cacao, spices) plus functional extracts. They’re designed to be simple to use, consistent in serving size, and enjoyable enough to stick with daily.
What are functional mushrooms?
Functional mushrooms are traditionally used as part of wellness routines. In Soma blends, we use concentrated extracts (not culinary mushroom powder) and prioritize:

What are the benefits of mushrooms?
In accordance with Slovenian and EU regulations, we can’t advertise or promise medical effects for herbs or mushrooms. We focus on ingredient quality and transparent formulation, and we encourage you to do your own research and consult a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition.

Soma uses consistent, clearly stated dosing:
Matcha Focus Flow: 250 mg Lion’s Mane (10:1) per serving
Cacao Focus Energy Mood: 250 mg Lion’s Mane (10:1) + 250 mg Cordyceps (10:1) per serving
Cacao Balance Immunity Calm: 250 mg Chaga (10:1) + 250 mg Reishi (10:1) per serving
What is the serving size?
Each product is portioned into 30 servings per pouch (where applicable). For the smoothest experience, start with one serving daily and adjust based on your routine and caffeine sensitivity.
What does Soma Matcha Focus Flow taste like?
Smooth, grassy and naturally umami (ceremonial matcha). Add Soma Creamer for a rounder, latte-style cup.
What do the cacao blends taste like?
A rich cacao base with warming spices. They’re unsweetened, so you can keep them pure or add your preferred sweetener.
Are Soma blends sweetened? Is there any sugar?
Soma blends are unsweetened and contain no added sugar. (Any naturally occurring sugars would only come from the ingredients themselves.)
Are Soma products vegan?
Yes — all Soma products are vegan-friendly.
Are Soma products gluten-free?
Our blends are made without gluten-containing ingredients. If you have coeliac disease or severe sensitivity, please check the product page for the latest allergen and cross-contamination information.
Are Soma products organic?
At the moment, Soma products are not certified organic.That said, we choose organic ingredients whenever possible, depending on availability and the specific supplier/batch. We always prioritize quality, clean formulations, and transparent sourcing.For small businesses, organic certification can be a real hurdle — it’s a time- and cost-intensive process, especially when working with multiple ingredients and small batches. We’re mindful of this and focus on doing things properly and transparently.If organic status is important for you, feel free to check the product page (we note it when relevant) or email us and we’ll confirm the current batch details.
Are there any allergens?
Please refer to the ingredient list on each product page. If you have allergies, we’re happy to confirm whether a specific ingredient is present in a given product.
How to Use
When is the best time to take Soma blends?
Matcha Focus Flow: morning or late morning
Cacao Focus Energy Mood: morning to early afternoon
Cacao Balance Immunity Calm: late afternoon or evening
Can I combine Soma blends?
Yes. Many customers build a simple routine like:
Matcha or Cacao Focus earlier in the day
Cacao Balance in the evening If you’re sensitive to caffeine, avoid combining caffeinated blends late in the day.
How many cups can I have per day?
Most people enjoy 1–2 servings/day, depending on caffeine sensitivity and overall routine. If you’re new, start with 1 serving daily for a week.
Do Soma blends contain caffeine?
Matcha Focus Flow contains naturally occurring caffeine from matcha.
Cacao blends contain small amounts of naturally occurring caffeine from cacao (typically much less than coffee). If you’re caffeine-sensitive, start with a smaller serving.
Can I cook or bake with Soma powders?
Yes. You can add them to smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt, or baked goods. For best taste, many people prefer adding them at the end of cooking (high heat can slightly change flavour).
How should I store Soma products?
Store sealed in a cool, dry place, away from heat and humidity. Reseal after each use.
What is the best way to store matcha?
To keep matcha fresh, vibrant, and full of flavour, store it in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. For best results, keep it well sealed in the refrigerator. If a refrigerator isn’t available, a cool, dry, dark place away from direct sunlight also works.
Safety
Can I take Soma blends while pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend checking with your healthcare professional before using functional extracts or adaptogenic herbs.
Can children have Soma blends?
Soma blends are formulated for adults. For children, we recommend speaking with a healthcare professional first.
Can I take Soma blends with other supplements?
In general, many people do — but if you’re taking multiple supplements (especially stimulants, calming herbs, or high-dose vitamins), it’s best to introduce new products one at a time and check with a healthcare professional if unsure.
Can I take Soma blends if I take medication?
If you take medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before use.
Are there any side effects?
Functional mushrooms are generally well tolerated. However, as with any new supplement, some people may experience mild digestive discomfort initially. If you have concerns, start with a smaller amount and consult a healthcare professional.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
Where are Soma products made?
Soma products are made in Slovenia, with a focus on quality, consistency, and responsible sourcing.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an estimated delivery date and tracking information to follow your package.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please check our shipping policy for detailed information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, and Cash on Delivery within Slovenia.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we offer local pickup for customers who wish to collect their orders in Slovenia. Select Local Pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions and the pickup address.
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping provider’s tracking system.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@elixirsoma.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Resljeva 42, 1000 Ljubljana.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do you offer samples?
We currently do not offer samples, but we provide detailed descriptions and reviews on our website to help you make informed decisions. Keep an eye on our promotions and newsletters, as we occasionally offer trial sizes or special offers.
