At this time, we do not offer local delivery.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Soma is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied by your local customs authority.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

- Instructions on how and where to send your package

- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- You can always contact us with any return questions at info@elixirsoma.com.
- Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- We also do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards

- Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please place a separate order for the new item.
- European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
- If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, unused, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
- Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund is approved.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
